The Youth Empowerment Club (YEC) operates under the esteemed guidance of the Office of the Provost at Karakoram International University. The club is dedicated to fostering leadership, enhancing student skills, and promoting a positive image of KIU through meaningful engagement and capacity-building initiatives. By organizing events, seminars, competitions, and counseling sessions, the YEC provides a platform for students to grow as confident leaders and active contributors to society.

Objectives

1. Empower Leadership: Develop leadership qualities among students through practical exposure and mentorship.
2. Skill Enhancement: Equip students with essential skills to succeed academically, professionally, and socially.
3. Organize Events and Competitions: Plan and execute events, seminars, and competitions to encourage creativity, innovation, and teamwork.

Activities

The YEC undertakes a range of activities under the supervision of the Office of the Provost to achieve its mission:

Membership & Recruitment

The Youth Empowerment Club welcomes students from all departments who are eager to enhance their skills, develop as leaders, and contribute to a thriving university culture. Membership drives are conducted annually, ensuring an inclusive and diverse community of future leaders.
